Waking up early in the morning to go to school

My day begins with a gospel study; the air is still cool. Starting to prepare my books and snacks on my sling, I put my bag over my shoulder and step out, the morning breeze carrying a quiet promise of opportunities ahead with a nice view.

Cleaning the classroom with my co-cleaners

The sunlight streams through the windows, I wiped the floor with floor wax and catching the floating dust motes as we tidy up together. With every corner we sweep, there’s a sense of shared responsibility and connection. Laughter punctuates our work, making this daily task feel less like a chore and more like a bond.

Studying accounting

I sit surrounded by papers and calculators for studying the accounting subject with my seatmate. My pen glides across the page as I scribble formulas, deep in concentration. Each balancing feels like a small victory, a step closer to mastering the subject.

Witnessing my friend’s baptism

The water ripples gently as my friend steps into the baptismal font, my dad baptized my friend and I was the witness, their face radiant with joy and peace. The room is filled with quiet reverence, a sacred moment shared with friends and family. As they emerge, smiles and applause fill the air. It’s a beautiful reminder of faith and new beginnings, a memory etched in my heart.

Working with missionaries

After the baptism we plan to work with the missionaries, the sun beats down as we walk through streets and fields, carrying supplies and offering kind words. Together with the missionaries, we help those in need, sharing smiles and prayers along the way. Every conversation feels meaningful, every small act of kindness a ripple that spreads hope and compassion.

Family home evening and farewell celebration

The soft glow of candles and the hum of voices set a warm tone for the evening. We gather around as a family, sharing stories, prayers, and laughter, as we celebrate the farewell of one of the missionaries finally go home, emotions mix—gratitude for the time shared and bittersweet goodbyes. The stars above bear witness to a night filled with love and fellowship.

Going to church and attending Sunday school with my co-Young people

The morning sun bathes the church in a soft golden glow as I walk through its doors. Inside, the air is filled with the gentle hum of people greeting one another, their smiles warm and welcoming. During the Sunday school session, my co-Young people and I sit in a circle, sharing our thoughts and learning together. The room is alive with laughter, questions, and moments of reflection. It feels like a place where I truly belong, surrounded by friends who share my faith and values.

Every frame in this journey captures the essence of life, faith, friendship, and dreams.
